CUSTOMER CARE

All Items must be shipped back to Emma’s Kisses within seven days of the customer receiving their package. Eligible items will ONLY be accepted for store credit. NO REFUNDS will be given unless the item is not in stock at the moment of purchase. And in that case, we will contact the customer via email to inform them. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear and tear), and with all product tags still attached. Please ship items back, also include your name, email, phone number, and address inside of the package. Any defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving that package. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue the store credit. A simple email can be sent as notification. We will honor that email at the time of receipt. Please allow us 24 hours to respond. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving that package.

*Exchanges*

We are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the same Return Policy. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. Store credits do not expire. *Processing*Once a returned package arrives back, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Store credit will equal out to the original purchasing price and any tax fees. * Please note that all Original shipping fees are non-refundable. **

A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
